We had a fantastic group trip exploring the private lounging areas with breathtaking views. Jumping into the Blue Hole was a thrill, and the vibe at meals with reggae music and ocean breezes made every bite special. Service was super friendly, making us feel right at home throughout our stay!
Although we loved the experience, the rum bar's limited offerings were a letdown, and it was often unattended, limiting our late-night options.

Check out the cave dining experience—it’s so romantic, especially with the candles! The vibes here were very nice with stunning ocean views and snug cliffside lounging for a perfect escape. Snorkeling felt like swimming in an aquarium, and the private outdoor showers were a unique touch that made it special.

gorgeous cliffs, unique cave dining experience, lush gardens
Rooms appear dated and lack basic amenities like TVs!!! The spa treatment availability is inconsistent, and some advertised facilities aren't open regularly, creating a feeling of disconnect!!!

The staff's warmth and attention created a homey vibe I absolutely cherished. The breathtaking cliffside views, especially at sunset, made every moment feel magical and unique.
Occasionally, I noticed the dining options felt limited, lacking variety during my stay. It sometimes took a bit too long for our orders to reach the table, disrupting the experience.

Charming Yet Room for Improvement
During our 4-night stay, we enjoyed the friendly staff who truly made us feel at home. The cave dining experience added a magical touch, especially with the lovely atmosphere and decor. However, we experienced slow service at dinner. Opt for the ocean-view rooms—you won’t regret it!

Couples seeking tranquility and romance
Had a surprise cake delivery brought to us during our cave dinner. The staff managed to pull it off perfectly, adding a personal touch to a magical evening.
It was pricey , but you know what they say, you can't put a price on peace.

would absolutely stay here again
Had an awesome time in a two-bedroom ocean front cottage. The views were breathtaking, with windows overlooking the crystal-clear blue waters. Plus, the bathroom came with a private shower and lovely toiletries. The outdoor shower was a cool touch. The staff really treated us like family and the dining options were plentiful, especially love the local fish dishes.

I spent two nights resting in a unique cave dining area, with the sea view mesmerizing as candles flickered around. The staff felt like family, welcoming me warmly. The grilled cheese was a standout, made by Glen. I took the plunge and jumped off the cliffs, which was exhilarating. Being single, soaking in the beautiful Jamaican sun and company of friendly faces felt refreshing.
The room needed better ventilation, causing it to feel moist and uncomfortable at times.

Snorkeling here felt like exploring an aquarium. The views from the cliff are stunning. The pool area could use better upgrades to match the rest of the resort. Great bike rentals available, but the service at peak times was slow.

The location of The Caves is stunning, perched on cliffs with breathtaking ocean views. I loved the unique features like the cave dining experience and the cliff jumping spots. My room, a Two-Bedroom Ocean Front Cottage, felt homey and comfortable, though I found it slightly warm and could've used better ventilation. The food was consistently delicious, especially the fresh fish offerings and the local soups during meals. However, the service at times felt overwhelmed, especially during peak hours. Although the staff were friendly, it took longer than expected for orders to arrive at dinner. The snorkeling and kayaking activities were highlights for me. they felt personal and exciting with a hint of adventure. Still, the pool area felt a bit basic compared to what the resort could offer. I’d return for the charm and atmosphere, but hopefully see improvements in service timing and room comfort.
